is the improved version of the recent English dictionary extension of
OpenOffice.org.

New features:

Use phonetic suggestion (there was a signed char problem on Windows in
Hunspell's phonetic code, but it was fixed in Hunspell 1.2.8, the spell checker
version of OpenOffice.org 3.1). Test: the previous version had no suggestion for
the word "setisfekshon", now we got "satisfaction, sectionalism, secessionist
etc." Other example: for the word "fekshon" the new dictionary suggests
"faction" and "fiction", too. (Changes: add PHONE section to the affix files)

Recognize words with f ligatures. With the new English dictionaries the spell
checker of OpenOffice.org recognizes the words with Unicode f ligatures, too.
Test words: mafia, efficiency. (Changes: UTF-8 encoded dictionaries, add ICONV
section for Unicode f ligatures).

Suggest real (typographical) apostrophes. Smit's -> Smith’s (and not the bad
ASCII one: Smith's). (Changes: Add OCONV section to the affix files to convert
the ASCII apostrophes of the dictionary to real ones).

Fix en/em dash bug of OpenOffice.org 3.2, see Issue 107843. (Changes: add BREAK
section to the affix files.)

Correct hyphenation for American English texts with Unicode f ligatures
(Changes: UTF-8 encoded and extended en_US hyphenation patterns).
