Last weekend (6 & 7 March 2010) I tried many times to download your Open Office
Windows installation package
(http://openoffice.cs.utah.edu/stable/3.2.0/OOo_3.2.0_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe)
from your Utah site. Each time I tried, a fairly large portion (5 to 29
megabytes) of the 149 megabyte file would arrive within the first half second,
and then the download speed would slow dramatically (to 1 to 5 kilobytes per
second) until the estimated completion time for the download would show from 5
hours to several days. Eventually my Toshiba Satellite Windows Vista system
would fall asleep, and, when reawakened, the download had failed. I compared
the downloaded files byte for byte and found them all to be identical except for
their varying lengths. Is it possible that someone could be sabotaging your
ability to provide Open Office to new customers?
