After rebooting Windows (so also reloading OOo) I cannot reproduce the problem, neither with the sample file sent, nor with its previous large versions. Perhaps it would be good to add an advice "Check whether the problem persists after reloading OOo or even after rebooting the system" in http://qa.openoffice.org/ooQAReloaded/Docs/QA-Reloaded-BasicRules.html or somewhere else? (Forgive me, if this already is there; I couldn't find it.)
