Confirming Issue. Please note that there is an easy workaround to replace the
current quotation marks with the ones of your choice.
In OOo 3.2: Tools -AutoCorrect Options - Tab "Custom Quotes" -select the single
and double quotation marks of your choice. But note that these are used for all
newly written text in all languages thereafter.
