Yes, Javascript is on and cookies are allowed.
A few javascript functions are disabled, though: 'Allow scripts to move or
resize windows' and 'Allow scripts to maximize or minimize windows'. But that's 
all.

Did you notice the url in the attached picture?
It is not http://... or https://...,
it is actually file://...

I always thought that was odd!
Could this be the key to solve the mystery?
