In the attached samples, when applying Solver to the data attached, all the
answers end up as showing divide by 0.  When using Excel with the same data the
correct solution is found.

attachments  OO Solver 1.jpg   all set before applying solver
             OO Solver 2.jpg   the result
             MS Solver 1.jpg   all set before applying solver
             MS Solver 2.jpg   the result

             OO Solver Test.ods  the spreadsheet used with initial data
             Statistical Failure analysis.xls  the same in Excel
I can't see how to attach these data to my submission.  Please let me know where
I can send them.
