In a date field with two digits year, the conversion to four digits year is
always set to start from 1980.
For example, 5 December 80 is correctly converted to 5 December 1980.
But, 5 December 79 is converted to 5 December 2079.
Tools>Options>OpenOffice.org>general>Interpret years ....does not have any
effect at all.
