With acroread, ghostscript/pdf2ps, osx-preview and xpdf all displaying and
printing the attached pdf just
fine it looks like a problem with poppler printing. Okular also displays it
fine (does it use poppler for this?)
but Okular's printing shows the problem you reported. Not an OOo problem, but
we'll gladly help the
poppler devs if they have questions. Please link to the poppler issue when it
becomes available.
