When editing documents with multiple authors, it's common for me (and likely
others) to use the track changes feature and a lot of notes.  When I delete a
note, if changes are being recorded, it will show up with an "X" through the
note.  If I then save my document and open it again, the note is back without
the X, as if it were never deleted.

The only way I can ensure that these notes go away is if I either accept the
change right away or else disable track changes and then reenable.  Either of
these workarounds are clunky.
