This workaround helps. And you are right, newly created slides don't show these
problems. Thanks so far. But it is quite some work to apply these steps on
hundred of slides. The file is not created based on an official OpenOffice
template, but it has been imported from a Powerpoint presentation by Openoffice
version 2.x. I don't know if there is something corrupted in this file, but all
of my old presentations are affected, because they use the same template. And,
as I said, the problem didn't show up in the versions up to 3.1. I would
appreciate if there could be a solution that automatically converts my
presentations into a valid Openoffice presentation.
