Are you sure that a solution exist ? $H$44=0 means F36=0 *and* H36=0
The solver find solutions for both conditions F36=0 or H36=0 but not at the same
time.
On the other hand I do not know where you saw a non positive result as stated in
your summary ? For every tests I did H44 was positive.
