I had rerun the validation of the given document with the validator on the given
URL.
The validator claims "The file is not a Valid OpenDocument 1.0!"
That is correct. The given document is a valid OpenDocument 1.2 file.

Thus, this issue is invalid.

>From my point of view the validator given at
http://opendocumentfellowship.com/validator needs some more documentation about
what it does and what its purpose is. Having at least two versions of ODF - 1.0
and 1.1 - and the next version - 1.2 - available as public drafts, the validator
at least should state against which version it validates the uploaded files.
