------- Additional comments from pat...@openoffice.org Thu Apr 8 23:13:47 +0000 2010 ------- Hi: * References: OS Windows Vista Home SP2 (Spanish version) OpenOffice 3.2.0 (Spanish version) Third Application: TreeDBNotes Pro, MyNotesKeeper, AmlPages. * Main problem: Since installing the latest version of OOo 3.2.0, I can not create/open external OLE objects from openoffice files. * Information Errors: 1) When I want to create a new OLE object: Execution error - "Can not create content OLE" 2) When you try to open an existing OLE object: Error - "Can not connect with the source file" * Important details: - For a long time ago working with OLE objects inserted into a note of any of my applications pim, before with 3.1.0 version everything worked perfectly. - When I start the procedure from the application pim, then I can not finish it. Error window appear that prevent further proceedings. - This problem I've tested a lot and I can confirm that only wrong with openoffice files. * Actions taken trying to solve the problem: 1) Cleaning System Files with AntiVirus (AVG) and anti-malware, etc. 2) Re-install OpenOffice 3.2.0 (clean install, no result) 3) Re-install applications pim (unsuccessful) 4) Check Windows files with the tool: Checkers File System Tool (no problems were found) 5) This problem, so I reported to the pim application developers, however inform me that they have no control over OLEContainer. * After having performed each of the above actions, the problem remains the same, I can not create/open external OLE objects with openoffice3 files. Please, could find a solution to the problem indicated? I would appreciate your quick response Thanks patris --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
