Sigh.. ok, will switch the default from qcv-ES (see issue 110522) back to ca-XV,
at least that indicates Catalan language, which was the reason we chose it back
in 2006.
@ihi: Ivo, did you also add qcv-ES to Pootle and to use with the translation in
l10n?
