Climaker is part of the cli-uno language binding. The patch does not bring any benefit to the cli-uno language binding. It is only useful for people who want to build cli programs and run it with a OOo including the mono bridge. This is, however, not possible with a vanilla OOo, because it does not contain the mono bridge.
