------- Additional comments from rpre...@openoffice.org Fri Apr 16 16:14:16 +0000 2010 ------- Here is how to reproduce the bug (all files mentioned can be found in the attached zip): 1. In Windows set the display properties to use a default theme where the window background is white -- see WinXP_Standard_Theme.png. 2. In OOO Draw create a drawing without a background color (which is the default setting) -- see oooDraw_test.odg. 3. Export the drawing as PDF (File -> Export as PDF). I used the PDF export options shown in oooDraw_PDF_export_options.png and saved as oooDraw_test1.pdf. The PDF has a white background. 4. In Windows change the display properties to use a non-white window background, e.g. as shown in WinXP_Modified_Theme.png. (A user may do this as the default white is too bright for her.) 5. Export the drawing as PDF (using the same PDF export options) to oooDraw_test2.pdf. The background color in the PDF is the same as the window background set in the display properties. I'd say this is a bug as the background color in the PDF should be white by default if the document doesn't have an explicit color. 6. If I explicitly set the white color as the page background (Format -> Page -> Background -> Fill -> Color: white) I get oooDraw_test3.pdf - also not good. I've tried this also on Ubuntu Desktop 9.10 with OOO 3.1. You can see the customized desktop theme in Ubuntu_Customized_Theme.png. By exporting oooDraw_test.odg as PDF I got oooDraw_test4.pdf, i.e. the bug is also present. -- rpr. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
