------- Additional comments from f...@openoffice.org Mon Apr 19 20:12:27 +0000 2010 ------- (Oracle Open Office, non-product build) - File / Open => an assertion pops up saying: Error: caught an exception! in function:void __thiscall sfx2::AppendFilterGroup::appendGroup(const class _STL::list<struct com::sun::star::beans::StringPair,class _STL::allocator<struct com::sun::star::beans::StringPair> > &,bool) type: com.sun.star.lang.IllegalArgumentException message: filter name exists context: class SvtFilePicker From File ooo/sfx2/source/dialog/filtergrouping.cxx at Line 899 (plus an additional, seemingly related assertion) This happens since m76, where the first time the PDF import extension is bundled. Removing this extension also gets rid of the assertion. The problem seems to be that the extension installs a filter named "PDF - Portable Document Format", but there already is a filter with this name in OOo itself ... something like this. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
