I use "Tools"/Mail Merge Wizard", to produce mail merge document. For my job my step are: 1. Select starting document : Use the current document 2. Select document type : Letter 3. Insert address blok : i select one .ods file with 3 row. "Suppress lines with just empty fields" checked 4. Create salutation : not checked 5. Adjust layout : check the right position 6. Edit document : not used 7. Personalize document : not used 8. Save, print or send : i save a new document with all pages When i open my new mail merged document i see : > page 1 with data and merged fields ok > page 2 --> totally blank ! > page 3 with data and merged fields ok > page 4 --> totally blank ! > page 5 with data and merged fields ok How is possible ?
