so libxslt has a xsltGetDefaultSecurityPrefs() as well?
ok, i guess that should work...
technically it's not threadsafe, but i guess we only have to do it once, and in
the very unlikely case of a race the user can just restart OOo.
[oh, and of course it requires linking unordf against libxslt...]

so it looks like we have a half-way acceptable workaround.
