All DEV300_m77 Hamburg-setsolar-based CWS builds (and only those builds) will
fail in smoketestoo_native with

dmake: Executing shell macro: ls
$(installationtest_instset)/OOo_*_install_*.tar.gz
/home/me/cws/DEV300/ooo/instsetoo_native/unxsoli4/OpenOffice/archive/install/en-US/OOo_*_install_*.tar.gz:
No such file or directory
dmake: Error code 2, while making 'Shell escape'

The problem is that issue 109809 introduced a new schema for archive
installation set names (see
<http://development.openoffice.org/releases/filenames.html>) which states to use
the token "install-arc" for "Full installation as archive (CWS builds only)",
and Ingo interpreted the "CWS builds only" part as "add '-arc' after 'install'
only for CWS builds," while Marcus meant it as an information that "such items
are only built on CWSs." Additionally, Ingo's implementation uses the
CWS_WORK_STAMP environment variable to distinguish CWS builds from other builds,
but that variable is only ever set in the Hamburg-setsolar-based environment,
never in the general configure-based one.

The attached DEV300_m77.patch fixes the problem, please include it as master
fix.
