the ODF 1.1 specification says about formulas:

The formula should start with a namespace prefix that indicates the syntax and
semantic used within the formula.
</quote>

of course "namespace prefix" implies that there must be a corresponding
namespace declaration that binds the prefix to a namspace URI.

the attached content.xml lacks a declaration for the "ooow" prefix, and so it is
not recognized as a valid namespace.
thus the value of the condition attribute is invalid.

apparently OOo does not import text fields with invalid conditions.

i don't think this is a problem, so i think this issue should be resolved as
INVALID.
