To reproduce:
1. Create a new Write doc in Ooo2.4 and insert 3-4 paragraph of text of 2–3
lines each
2. Create a new paragraph stile or modify an existing one with a left margin of
2 cm and a hanging of -2 cm and apply it to the whole text
3. Apply one list style and one numbering style to two paragraphs
4. Save
5. Open in Ooo3.2 - Now the paragraph without bullet is fine while those with
bullet moved left. (note that the slider in the ruler are in the position of the
paragraph format and not in the position of the list format)
6. Open Styles and formatting and try to apply other list or numbering styles;
some works fine others push text to the left (note always the sliders)
7. Select and modify all list and numbering styles. In those styles that are
pushing text to the left you will see that the position tab is in the Ooo2.4
style (with “Indent” and “Relative”); while in those are working as expected
the position tab is in the Ooo3.2 style (with “Numbering followed by” and “at”).

Needless to say that this makes almost impossible to work in Ooo3.2 with files
created in previous versions. The only workaround I found is to create a new
list or numbering style with the formatting wanted and then apply it.

I started a new issue because all those existing related to lists and numbering
relate to imported file from word, while in my case this is a document created
in OpenOffice.
