2010 -------
New Calc document, enter the value 1 in A1,B1,A2,B2. Select A2:B2, press the
"bold" button. Save the file, look at content.xml.

Only the first row has a repeated cell, row 2 is written as separate cells
although the cells are equal. The file is still valid and correct, but the
content.xml stream is slightly larger than it has to be. This worked in 3.0.1.
