Uncheck "Automatically detect high contrast mode" and "Use automatic font color" - OO.o reverts to normal icons, but still uses GTK document colors (lightgrey-on-dark) 3. Set Document background to "white" and "font color" to black. For me, OO 3.2 is fully usable in dark theme with these tweaks.
