I have just installed the latest build, OO3.2.0 (I do not know what the "m"
sequence refers to)to my Windows XP PC. All I want to do is use OO to open an MS
Access (2000) MDE file and have access to the data tables. My attempts have
failed. If this is at all possible, how can I do it? My MDE application contains
tables, queries, forms, reports and macros. It is not designed for multi-users.
It does not need to be used solely as a front-end, with the data stored in a
different place. It is designed as a stand-alone, fully contained, application.
I am trying to replicate the entire MDE application in OO, complete with all the
original functionality. It would be great if I could import all aspects directly
into OO, without modification, and then use OO instead. If this is not possible,
importing the data is next. Recreating the rest of the application directly in
OO would follow. But I can not do that if I can not import the data.
