Can't store milliseconds in Time type.
For example: Choose 'Time' for field Type and choose 00:00.00 format. Then enter
data into the table field, for example 12:12.12 If I click in the next field to
add another time value, 12:12.12 in the aforementioned field changes to 12:12.00

It's as if ooBase can't handle milliseconds.
