With DEV300m78 now the filenames correctly reflect the content of a developer
snapshot install set with an included "-wJRE".

However, there are platforms which do not have an included JRE. Here the "-wJRE"
addition has to be avoided in the filename. Currently this is for Linux
32/64-bit Debian and Mac OS.
