In the current state of CWS findbar01, the find toolbar is available (and
visible by default) in the 4 main applications (Writer, Calc, Draw, Impress).
Spec tells it shall be hidden by default in Impress and Draw.

In Writer-Web (HTML document), XML Forms, and Master document, it is missing
completely. It should be implemented there and be enabled by default here
because their look and feel can be regarded as "almost like Writer".

In Basic IDE, Base and Chart, it makes no sense to implement the Find Toolbar.

Please adjust the availability and enable according to spec:
