Cannot reproduce manually exporting to PDF.
It seems that you are using an external application (Danny's Document
Converter) which is not or only partly using OOo to convert the documents.
Please ask the owner of this application to check where the problem is as we
cannot reproduce this with the normal OOo set of features.
