Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OOo Writer and Accerciser.

2. In Accerciser, enable event monitoring for object:text-changed:delete events.

3. Type "1. hello" and press Return

4. Press BackSpace to remove the "2. " which was automatically inserted

Expected results: an object:text-changed:delete event is emitted

Actual results: an object:text-changed:delete event is not emitted

5. Type "w"

Actual results: an object:text-changed:delete event is emitted

Impact: An AT such as Orca cannot confirm to the user that BackSpace removed the
"2. "

Also reproducible in OOo dev 3.3 m78.
