This issue is about OOo 3.2. That release is done, nothing will be fixed there
any more.
For OOo 3.2.1 care has been taken to avoid this issue (means: module sysui has
been built for every milestone).
For future versions there is follow-up issue 108947, which already has been
fixed on DEV300.
This means, we can close this issue. Either as 'wontfix', if we take it
literally and look at the 3.2
release, or as 'fixed' looking the current version.
