AW: Ah, i see. Has nothing to do with the other dimension line errors caused by
#i111274#, but happens since DEV300m30 (with primitives). It's an error in the
converion to bitmap functionality, the BoundRect seems to be wrong. Also happens
in draw when converting to bitmap directly.

AW: To reproduce: Draw a dimension line in draw and convert to bitmap -> top
part of the text is missing in the created bitmap representation.
