And, yes, it looks important, long-lived and image-damaging bug. But there are workaraunds - you may use cut and paste instead of using mouse. This "decimal point" issue has no workaround - you just can not use Calc for exchanging data with other software, not say about filtering/autofiltering it. And by the way, it has more than twice more votes (208 + 33 related issues) than 89232 (95 votes). So it is twice more important for _users_ than "damaging developer's image" 89232 issue.
