2010 -------
The problem was that the new reload functionality has used loadComponentToURL()
call to load a model into a frame. Unfortunately the new implementation has used
model URL instead of "private:object", that is required in this case. As result
some locked resources were requested in case of some formats and that has
triggered the exception. On Unix platforms the resources could at least be read,
so it worked by luck.

Fixed in cws tl78.
