Text document contains a field that connects to a column in a DB table.
At printing time, answer Yes to "Do you want to print a form letter?", the usual
rows selection dialog pops-up along with "Records" and "Output" sections.
In the Records section if you select From / To the last element will never be
printed. i.e: 10 rows in DB, From = 1, To = 4, only 1 thru 3 will be printed out
(expecting 1 thru 4 obviously).
