The error message in the dialog box is well translated. The dialog occured when a user created a document under Writer 3.2.1, saved it on a USB device directly in .doc file format, then when he tried to save it again the next time, the dialog appears. I'll attach a screenshot of the box. I search for the string in the .sdf file but didn't find it.
