.INCLUDE : ttt.mk

I guess .INCLUDE and other special targets are treated as "master"
prerequisites for every target.

I don't see that relying on prerequisites of such targets is a circular
dependency. This may be a dmake bug or there might be a reason for this
behaviour that I don't see at the moment.
