------- Additional comments from sarevok...@openoffice.org Fri Jun 25 17:24:21 +0000 2010 ------- I can't open files whose names or the path leading to that file contain non ASCII characters such as accents. If I try to do so i get an error message saying the file does not exists. If, from OO preferences I set "use OO dialog windows" then i can open those files from menu File->Open (anyway accented letters are not displayed properly in OO file browser, for example the letter è is displayed A^), but when i save it back, the resulting file name contains escape sequences for non ASCII characters (e.g. Università.odt -> Universit%E0.odt). I have tryed the same version of OO in a Windows XP and a Fedora 10 machine and it works fine in both... it looks like it is just an issue with MacOS... I'm using the lastest version of OO (3.2.1) under MacOS 10.6.4. I've queried the issue database and I fount this problem was already issued in 2005 and marked as solved but now it seems to be appeared again. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
