Hi,
I think "giovannibattista" meant to combine lone keys with their entries and
stacked subsequent.
Apple
Fruit ............ 4
Peach ............ 2
Pear ............. 2
to:
Apple Fruit ............ 4
Peach ............ 2
Pear ............. 2
But the issue speaks to combine keys with entries.
All indexes are like that.
You can ask any mailing list of indexers.
