nostabo, I can not believe that you tested on all platforms and on all OS :-/
Please specify.
I checked with 1.1.4 (German) WIN XP: [645m52(Build8824)] and 2.0 (1.9.m79)
English version WIN XP: [680m79(Build8876)]
Steps to reproduce:
0. Open both versions
1. goto 2.0, open Help, index
2. boto subject 1/2 replacement
3. mark fom header "use replacement table" to "... press F3"
4. <cntrl>+<c>
5. goto 2.0 text document, try to "past special" all possibilities
expected: works
actual: as expected
6. try other editors like WORD, MOZILLA HTML-Editor, EDIT-PAD
<cntrl>+<v>
expected: works fine anywhere
actual: as expected
7. goto empty new 1.1.4 writer document and try all "past special"
expected: all will work
actual: "OOo 1.9.79 HTML Document" and "DDE" do not work, "HRML"-problem
as reported, "DDE" only will show empty field
8. goto empty new 1.1.4 calc document and try as under 7.
result: more or less like under 7.
Because Paste works anywhere, I believe that is a 1.1.4 problem and not 2.0
I changed component and others, but that should be checked by someon with more
knowledeg!
By the was something completely different:
I was not able to select a better Version "1.1.4" (not offered) or better
subcomponent "code" (not offered).
