------- Additional comments from 00...@openoffice.org Sat Jul 3 00:13:31 +0000 2010 ------- I found an interesting behavior in Writer. Step 1 Index a document with a concordance file. Step 2 Do not close the document (important). Step 3 Open file.sdi and edit or delete index entries, then save. Step 4 Update the index in the document The index and "all" index entry is updated!!! Maybe you could use this behavior to create an option to generate a file.sdi from a previously indexed document. The file.sdi can then be imported to a table or spreadsheet to edit with "Find & Replace" and regex. (The issue 32392 should be resolved before.) Could prove extremely powerful tool to manipulate indexes on large documents. ( This would facilitate to resolve the issue 20599 and issue 61643 ) Like partly this for MsWord http://www.editorium.com/DEXter.htm --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
