Some aspects to this issue.
The issue just appears when selecting the shape border during text editing. Does
not appear when selecting the shape with for example the tab key.
And it is not only the master page object, it is every shape with the new layout
placeholder handles. They will be gone for master page objects in OOO330m1 but
the problem also appears on normal slides with an empty outline placeholder.
