I have gone through all your tutorials and forums on how to set this up and it works fine. However when I convert the document to a word document, it changes this formatting. It has happened each time I save a file as a word document. I need to send files to my work as word files so this is a feature that is non-negotiable. I sent the file as a Open Office document and my boss couldn't open it, word wouldn't convert the file. So I can no longer use your program unless i have a viable way to convert the document without having it reformat. Please give me a way to solve this issue expediently as I have a deadline and you have no kind of technical support other than this issue link.
