Many people that use OO in my office can reproduce the problem but nobody knows OO sufficiently to work in code to solve this issue. I did some tests in different OO versions and in different platforms (Windows, Linux and Mac). I did tests changing the 'Locale Setting' also and I saw the 'October effect' in German, English (UK) and Italian for example.
