------- Additional comments from j...@openoffice.org Sat Jul 31 05:22:18 +0000 2010 ------- Many thanks, first of all, for having got this done - it's much appreciated. Alas, in my testing (DEV300m85) the new "Sentence case" and "Capitalize Every Word" functions are, unless dealing with plain .txt-style text, potentially destructive - almost certainly if the document contains ligatures, quite likely if the selected text contains language mark-up, and possibly (depending on the other two factor) if the new functions are being applied to multiple selections. The bugs may also be triggered by other kinds of formatting and situations I haven't tested for. I've opened a new issue for this (http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=113558), with priority P2 and a suggestion that it be added to the showstoppers for 3.3. There's a host of test cases and examples attached as an ODT. Whilst I've got a rough idea of what might be wrong, I'm not a programmer, so would appreciate more knowledgeable feedback. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
