OOO330_m2, with report builder from Pavel's build.

To reproduce it:
- open file attached to the issue 108954
- open Bubble report to edit
- double click on chart to enter edit mode
- right click select data ranges
- on data series change "Range of Y-values" to 3
- press OK
- click out of chart area
- save report
- run report.
In most cases reports runs, in some cases OOo crash without any warning, or with
warning attached next when click out of chart area (if needs I can open new
separate issue on this)
- close report
- reopen report
- reopen data series, the "Range of Y-values" set to back to 1, the original
value.
