The second described scenario looks to be a duplicate of the issue 108004, and
is actually unrelated to this issue. Please do not submit different problems in
one issue.
The first scenario looks to be quite specific one. Sorry, it looks to be too
late for this issue to get it in OOo 3.3. Setting the target to OOo 3.4.
If you believe that this issue should be handled as a showstopper for OOo3.3
please nominate it accordingly in the releases mailing list.
