Right click > Number format. 5. Select Category to “Number” 6. Select Format to "-1,234" 7. OK. 8. Japanese IME to turn ON 9. Type some number. 10. Hit "Enter" key to confirm entry. 11. Save and Close document. 12. Reopen document. 13.
