considered issue for cws oooimprovement6, however there are too many issues with
this issue (which is actually a whole set of issues):
"How was Help called? F1, Help button, Help menu, Toolbar button?"
That distinction is not easily made in general with the current architecture. It
would need to be manually coded in everywhere. Help is no exception there.
"Which module was called? Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math, Base, Basic,
Chart?"
