Unfortunately (at least for Windows) the fix did not turn out as expected. Even
after making an entry for uk in the file spellchecker_selection.txt we still get
the en-US language pack (and it's dictionaries added as well).
The reason for this is a fallback for the native Windows installer because of
Ukrainian is not a locale known by Windows. But since the installer needs to be
run for a locale known by Windows the problem is work-arounded by adding en-US
to language packs with no known windows locale.
Thus the only thing we have achieved right now is to add the Russian dictionary
as a proxy for the yet to be approved Ukrainian dictionary. But since we would
need the entry in spellchecker_selection.txt later on anyway there is also no
reason to undo this 'fix'. The expected result however will only be achieved
once we can integrate the Ukrainian dictionary from issue 113874.
I'll change the summary to reflect this result.
